Production & inspection
Materials, makers, production, and quality checkpoints are coordinated around the approved specification.
Pre-production
Confirm production details, maker allocation, and readiness before work begins.
Material sourcing
Coordinate the wood, woven materials, hardware, and finishes required for the order.
Mass production
Manufacture the approved pieces with progress coordination across relevant suppliers.
In-line inspection
Check work during production so issues can be identified before completion.
Final inspection
Inspect completed pieces against the approved product details before packing.
Phase 04
Logistics & after-service
The completed order is prepared and its route confirmed before dispatch. Local fees vary by distance and handling needs; every export order is reviewed with our team in advance.
Packing
Prepare inspected furniture for handling and the agreed mode of delivery.
Delivery review
Confirm the route, access, handling, schedule, and delivery quotation. Export orders also review packing, freight, customs, duties, taxes, and documents.
Final invoice
Issue the remaining invoice and complete required order documentation.
Final payment
Complete the agreed payment before the goods are released for delivery.
Delivery
Dispatch through our in-house local courier or the export arrangement agreed with your team.
After-service
Remain available for follow-up, future requirements, and repeat orders.
