Return and Warranty Policy

Warranty Claims Requirements

Our product warranty lasts up to one year after delivery. We will base on a 1 to 1 replacement for any problems caused by manufacturing defects and may charge any additional costs for replacement. Submission of claim is applicable in the 3 months from the date of discovery of defects. All claims must be proven with photos/videos showing clearly for clarification of proof for the claim process to be valid.

Claims brought forth to KAC may be processed in 6 working days.

KAC will only be liable to honour a warranty if:

  • The defect existed at the time of delivery or collection and manifested during the warranty period.
  • The defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse by the customer.
  • The product concerned in used for the purpose intended and in a domestic environment; i.e. commercial use is not warranted.
  • The customer provides the original invoice.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Transport, accidents, improper use and other damage due to abnormal use of the product by the customer after delivery of the goods. This warranty only covers transport damage caused before receipt of the material
  • Transport of the product without the original packaging.
  • Damaged, lost, or rusted materials other than wood.
  • Burns, cuts, scratches, abrasions, creases, marks or other damage caused by animals or improper use of products.
  • Use of or contact with chemical products (acids, solvents, dyes, paints, ammonia, coatings or other hair care products) or treatment with cleaning products not indicated for the covered products.
  • Deterioration in colour due to exposure of the product to sunlight or other heat sources.
  • Indirect losses and damages of any kind.
  • Personal and/or material damage, caused due to the user’s non-compliance with the rules and instructions provided by KAC for the installation, use and maintenance of the product.

Returns and Exchange Policies

Buyer may return a product if Buyer have not had the opportunity to inspect the product and upon inspection the products do not meet the type or quality reasonably expected from the agreement, within 10 (ten) business days of delivery free of charge. If there is wear and tear, KAC will charge an additional fee.

Buyer will be required to pay for the return costs, supposed that the purpose of the return is not due to defects or errors responsible under KAC. Expenses for returns may depend on product size and the distance of the Buyer or end-customer’s location. An additional packing fee may be incurred depending on the size and fragility of the items.
